The hotel is situated in a small, peaceful village, away from noisy roads, ensuring a good night's rest. the restaurant at the hotel offers a great selection of food and drinks, negating the need to leave the hotel. the on-site free sauna and swimming pool provide guests with a relaxing experience after a busy day.
The hotel's hospitality falls short and leaves guests feeling unwelcome, with unresponsive staff turning off the bar lights and making guests move to less appealing rooms.

The Sauna was good abd the staff were friendly and helpful.
The whole place is tired and in need of some tlc. Internet is charged at 5 Euro per hour (very expensive). Prices are high for such a tired establishment.

The food was excellent. The staff very helpful and friendly. One particulat member of staff on reception was most helpful even though she was new and inexperienced in the position. I needed help to access the newly installed hotel WiFi to access documents I required for my work. I was most grateful for her assistance.

The restaurant served tasty food for Easter. The free sauna and swimming pool were great to relax in. The hotel is located in a quiet area, away from the noise of the city.
The internet connection was poor, only working in the reception area. The staff seemed unhelpful at times, especially when it came to closing times for the bar and restaurant.

The "3 nights for the price of 2" deal made this very good value - we stayed Fri/Sat/Sun. Even at the normal price this would have represented fair value for money. Comfortable rooms, plenty of hot water, quiet, excellent breakfast buffet.
Hadn't realised it was quite so far from the town centre.

The hotel's location on the outskirts quite far from the center didn't bother me at all, as I didn't need to leave the hotel for great food and drinks. The restaurant on site served delicious meals and beverages. Additionally, the hotel provided ample parking space, which was convenient. The free sauna and swimming pool were a fantastic way to relax after a long day.
Nothing to mention.

We came to Germany not being able to speak the language, we found in a lot of places once they new this the person would ignore us. At the hotel we never came accross this from any of the staff they where all so friendly and helpful. The rooms where clean and of very good size, beds comfortable, food great, service excellent. Recommend to friends and family

We would recommend the hotel for their excellent gourmet dinner we had with home made chips, fresh salad with house own yogurt dressing, delicately spiced food with fresh mushrooms from the surrounding woods and meat that melted on the tongue (we had the pork Schnitzel). Also pool and sauna was clean and as indicated from the pictures. A pleasant and relaxing one night stay on our long drive from Calais to Austria.

This hotel made my business trip comfortable and enjoyable. I was impressed by the cozy rooms and the friendly service, which made me feel at home. the location was ideal as it was situated near the heart of the city, allowing me to easily access my appointments. the breakfast was filling, tasty and had a good variety of options.
That the elevator did not reach all of the floors, which meant that my senior colleague had to take the stairs. I thought that the pool was smaller than expected and the towels were not restocked in the room as frequently as desired.
